We’re excited to be a part of the San Francisco Decorator Showcase, April 25 – May 25, located in the Pacific Heights neighborhood. Studio Green has designed the front entry experience, and we warmly invite you to visit and enjoy a diverse range of inspiring design work.

A pause the sky walks into

RECONTEXULIZE

The arrival vignette tests your expectation of the home's context. The landscape allows the participant to experience a sequence of forms, textures, and tones that intentionally contrast with the historic residence.  This modern approach transforms the landscape into a powerful design that creates a bold and dynamic sense of place. 

Blue translucent resin panels evoke an ethereal sky-like presence, contrasting vividly against the variegated chartreuse grasses.  The fountain and vertical screening elements reinforce the geometry and imbue the space with tranquility and gentle sound. 

The design creates an arrival that choreographs users to experience a series of perspectives with views of the Golden Gate Bridge that open up to the sky.
