This condominium development is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Mill Valley.  Creating a contemporary and sophisticated set of buildings and associated exterior spaces was integral to the design success.

Board form concrete and simple horizontal vertical walls created individual patios.  While passing through raised planters and a central steel trellis courtyard provides access to the units.  The wood and board patterns repeat throughout the project creating a modern feeling.  Natural color wood finishes and decking are used extensively to give a warm, earth tone palette.  The planting provided contrasting textures and flower color with consideration to low maintenance and water use.
