BO-LINN RESIDENCE
The client wanted to draw their family outside into comfortable social spaces that would bridge the house and the lagoon waterfront. We designed a new seawall to optimize the dock and engage the new garden layout. An element of surprise was added to the simple concrete patio by seeding it with colored glass and grinding it near smooth. The result is a sparkling, subtly colorful finish.
