To accompany a modern residence in the Sonoma Wine Region, we designed a loose and colorful native plant garden connecting the house with the surrounding rugged hills. Landscape features adjoining the house, such as the lap swimming pool and its terrace, were conceived with a minimalism that appears as both an extension of the interior and a supportive pedestal for the rambling views.
