Studio Green

We provided development and refinement of site work for this small housing subdivision and equestrian center located in a narrow canyon at the edge of a developed area. The canyon was surrounded by an open space preserve and several private camps in an area of coast live oak woodlands and grasslands. Successfully integrating this small neighborhood with existing development while minimally impacting the beauty of the canyon and the view from the nearby county road was a triumph.
